1. Who is responsible
Foshan Suiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. operates SUIYUAN Sculpture for business-to-business sculpture enquiries. Privacy requests may be sent to shuting96674@gmail.com.
2. Information submitted with an enquiry
When you request a quote, the website receives the contact, company and project information you choose to provide, together with uploaded reference files. This information is used to review the enquiry, communicate about the project and maintain an auditable business record.
3. Project files
Reference images, drawings, CAD files and specifications are stored in private object storage. They are not published through permanent public links and are available only through authenticated internal access.
4. Attribution and optional analytics
The enquiry record may include first-party campaign parameters, landing page and referrer information so the business can understand how the enquiry reached the website. Optional GA4, LinkedIn and Meta technologies load only after the corresponding consent and only when valid production configuration exists.
5. What analytics must not receive
Analytics events exclude names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, project messages, filenames, file URLs and attachment contents. Advanced Matching and device fingerprinting are not used.
6. Retention and rights
Enquiry information and project files are retained only for legitimate project review, business record and security purposes, then deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required. You may request access, correction or deletion through shuting96674@gmail.com, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
