Finless Porpoise Sculpture — Leap

This project is presented as work delivered with SUIYUAN participation through its manufacturing partner network; it is not represented as an independently designed SUIYUAN artwork.

The source project record identifies the work as “Leap”, a finless porpoise sculpture completed in Jiujiang in May 2021.

The original client brief is not publicly disclosed. The documented composition uses several rising forms to connect the water plane with the long architectural elevation behind it.

The source record confirms stainless steel and a height of 7,000 mm. The completed photographs show reflective surfaces; the detailed finish specification is not publicly documented.

Workshop and site images document the internal framework, full-scale forming and the transition to the completed reflective installation.

The completed group creates changing reflections across the water and provides a sculptural focal point along the building frontage.
